This culture of caring is the focus of our corporate philosophy, that are anchored in the internationally applicable **Credo** **Serialization Deployment Lead Analyst, EMEA** The Deployment Lead, Digital Identification & Traceability, is a key role in the DI&T department within the J&J Technical Operations & Risk organization, and reports to the Regional Deployment Manager. This role will be primarily responsible for driving and supporting the operational capability for the Serialization program, while, as required, providing support to the e-Labeling, Global Data Synchronization (GDS), Unique Device Identification (UDI) programs in J&J in the region. The function will serve as a point of contact and have day-to-day operational leadership with multiple Supply Chain partners, business franchises and other functions in the organization to ensure execution of our capabilities in compliance with regulations and service to our customers' requirements. The role will more specifically focus on support of the operational base business activities related to the End-to-End serialization process of the EMEA in addition to secondary support for e-Labeling, UDI and GDS. **The scope of the current role includes**: - Geographic Breadth -regional EMEA support of base business for DI&T Products including Serialization, e-Labeling UDI, GDS, and emerging product identification and tracking capabilities; support to global initiatives including shared systems and overlapping commonalities to drive standardization and compliance - Business Breadth - J&J innovation medicines and Med Tech, End-to-End Supply Chain functions (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality), IT, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs - Levels of influence - peers, Managers. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support regional base business serialization team including direct responsibility for co-ops or interns. - Support the regional operational activities for the serialization and traceability capabilities while maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners across business segments. - Own specific tasks as part of larger projects to timely delivery and within budget while coordinating tasks across functions and geographies. - Partner with business leaders, J&J Technology, and our Make and Deliver organizations to provide the highest level of data quality. - Assist internal and external partners to stay in sync with requirements during new product introductions and process changes, such as divestitures and acquisitions. - Coordinate the master data set-up in the ATTP Track & Trace system including metrics reporting. - Drive compliance in deployment phase to ensure landmarks are met for regional regulatory compliance to the laws and statutes of Serialization continuous support of operational activities aligned with quality compliance. - Support the Product Owner team in development of scope and plans for new market regulations and compliance requirements. - Ad hoc and as required support GDS, UDI and e-Labeling program and processes. **Qualifications**: **Qualifications & Skills**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree. - 1-2 years of relevant business experience. - Experience in Supply Chain processes and supporting systems. - Capability to analyze issues and steer to resolution within complex processes - Some understanding of Serialization is preferred. - Ability to project lead. - Ability to build and drive progression of business metrics. - Ability to work in a cross-functional environment within a regional and global supply chain. - Ability to lead and influence others in a sophisticated matrix organization. - Ability to write SOPs and/or Work Instructions using good documentation practices. - Expertise in Excel functionality, including macros, validate data, and run scenarios. - Teamwork and influencing skills.
