**Description de l'offre**: **Objectives of the job** ACENSI is looking for a "Project Manager Officer" for one its client of the banking sector. Project Management Officer function mainly responsible for the Program governance, organization of committees and meetings, follow-up of deliverables and issue management. You will: - Keep a transversal view over the entire scope and roadmap - Ensure communication between the Business and the different stakeholders (stakeholder meetings/workshops with Business, Legal & Compliance) - Contribute to risk and issue management - Support in the project governance - Budget follow up - Preparing documentation/reporting towards the different steering committees & Boards - Assist and follow up requests from the Group and/or from the regulators - Organise relevant workgroups - Follow-up info collection - Monitor coherence of answers - Prepare validation meetings - Monitor issues and prepare decision taking **Your profile** - PMO experience - Good knowledge of the banking industry and Invest products/services - Knowledge of Agile way of working - Well-organized with a structured approach - Ability to work autonomously and proactive attitude - Ability to communicate and present results at Senior management level - Good analytical and synthesis skills - Languages : perfect knowledge of English, French, Dutch To progress in an international environment where a motivating, family-oriented culture prevails with real career opportunities and where your skills will be valued.
