Purpose: The Kronos Global Admin Role is on the vanguard of change within Levi’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) business and technical teams and is a key contributor to the success of our global productivity initiatives. This role has the dual task of delivering best in class technical WFM strategies and execution as well as managing continuous improvement of existing capabilities regarding Workforce Management in Kronos.

This individual will be engaged on a variety of projects including (but not limited to): Kronos Global IT system administrator helping to optimize labor productivity through workforce planning and forecasting. Leading all configuration changes in Kronos Workforce Management in Europe and Americas including initiatives, improvements, upgrades, and special projects. Technical lead coordinating efforts for any development, testing, QA and deployment processes across the global Kronos footprint.

The Kronos Global Admin is a global role and has a dual reporting structure to the global productivity leadership team in San Francisco and to the LS&Co. global support lead located in Westlake, TX. The role will work closely with our European and US business teams located in Belgium & San Francisco.

This is professional, technical and analytical work in the research, analysis and design of complex workforce management systems especially Kronos Workforce Management. Work involves active support providing guidance, maintenance and development services to end users; testing and debugging programs. Work includes considerable consultation with users concerning new or existing business requirements and information processing needs.

The Global Admin will utilize previous Kronos experience and expertise to drill down for problem determination and carry out necessary analysis to determine corrective course of action or solution where needed. They will be responsible for executing queries and audits and perform any necessary actions to update and ensure integrity to time and attendance, scheduling and forecasting data. They will be responsible to create and run ad-hoc Kronos reports and genies in support of projects and special requests.

Key Results:

- Deep dive with support teams and SI partners to understand current system configurations in both US and Europe
- Help support deployment of various Kronos module deployments across Europe and Americas including mobility, budgeting, analytics, amongst others
- Technical lead for supporting deployment of Kronos
- Continuously review the implementation and configuration setup for opportunities across the Americas and EU
- Act as a leader between HR and IT by planning, conducting, and directing the continuing implementation and ongoing support of Kronos
- Ability to understand complex SQL statements and use SQL reporting tools
- Support Kronos HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping configuration and custom reports by defining requirements, by testing, by delivery, and then supporting
- Accountable for creating and supporting integrations to/from Kronos HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping leveraging the Kronos Integration Hub and tech stack. This includes the unification between the HCM and Timekeeping environments
- Assess upcoming Kronos releases for bug fixes and new functionality. Assist in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases
- Analyzes information to determine nature and extent of customer requirements and concerns
- Articulate solution alternatives that best solve existing business problems
- Create solution prototypes, as needed, to prove out concepts and ideas
- Ability to articulate and develop requirements and design/configuration specifications to hand off to vendors for implementation
- Configure and setup tables, facilitate day-to-day interaction with vendors and be responsible for developing and executing robust test plans
- Ensures system enhancements are reviewed, approved, funded, and implemented

Key Qualifications:

- Delivery of all configuration change requests from business teams in Europe and Americas
- Including but not limited to paycodes, scheduling rule sets, ad hoc reporting, and upgrades
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or associated field required
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working in a Kronos system administrator role
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on requirements and design development in Kronos WFM environments
- Experience with the Kronos software
- Specific functional expertise in HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping
- Expertise in other Corporate Applications areas, such as Accounting and Finance, HCM strongly desired
- Experience working with matrixed teams and vendor partners
- Experience working in the retail sector is highly desirable

Minimum Education Required: Advanced certification or graduate degree preferred. Alternatively, equivalent industry experience in similar roles specifically with Kronos WFC 6.0 or later
