**Operations Master Data Administrator**: Belgium > Zaventem **ABOUT THE JOB** We are currently undergoing an exciting transition at our company, as we strive to become a global leader in airport equipment solutions. As part of this transition, we are replacing our current ERP with SAP, and a crucial aspect of this transformation is the standardization and uniformity of our master data. We are looking for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with international contacts. **WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT** **Master Data Creation**: As a member of the new Master Data team, you will be responsible for creating new master data for TCR entities worldwide, including parts, maintenance plans, task lists, and smart forms. Your role will ensure the maintenance of a high-quality master database and provide swift support to our operations. **Improvement Projects**: This is just the beginning of our centralized master data journey. In your position, you will contribute to master data improvement projects. Based on feedback, insights, and data analyses, our master data will need to evolve to enhance efficiency and meet new requirements. **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - Bachelor's degree (Data Science, Information Sciences, Engineering) or equivalent, with a strong analytical background and a focus on data. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle large amounts of data and information. - Keen attention to detail and meticulous approach to work. - Self-motivated and capable of working effectively within a team environment. - Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to collaborate with entities across the globe. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. - Technical knowledge of spare parts is a plus. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. **WHY JOIN TCR?** - Join an exceptional international team with our headquarters in Belgium, where we prioritize our company values of integrity, open-mindedness, accountability, and passion. - Enjoy working in a company with streamlined decision-making processes, where our employees are central to our success. - Experience a fun and passionate work environment. - Engage in team activities, both online and in-person when possible.
