**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Senior Program Manager will provide program management to an assigned supply chain initiative that is large, cross functional and deliver cost or service results that has a large impact to the company. They will partner closely with leadership, change management and communication experts to develop robust project plans. The role must understand key inter-dependencies and ensure alignment of work efforts across various functions, businesses, and regions.

They will need to continuously assess and refining approaches and plans while ensuring good communication across the programs. The role is also responsible for the successful execution of the activities by leading and directing the project efforts through assigned functional and business resources. In addition, this position will be a key point of escalation in resolution of program issues and risks, working closely with senior leadership across groups and regions to mitigate and resolve them.

This role requires strong leadership skills, analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement to deliver expected results in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.

**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be an integral part of the Global Operational Excellence team and a partner with functions, businesses, and regions.
- Responsible for identifying and solving complex problems by developing program strategy, project plan with deliverables, roadmap, and budget.
- Implement programs that will have multiple workstreams with governance, standard work, engagement campaign and centralized metrics to show the significant impact on productivity or revenue.
- Develop and execute the projects using best-in-class methodologies.
- Design presentation materials for the team and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for active management of all program issues and identifying those associated with program interdependence; escalates issues to senior program leadership as appropriate.
- Partner with leadership to identify resource needs and key milestones for benefit achievement based on project plans.
- Partner with change and communication leadership to incorporate key deliverables and milestones into the overall project plan; support communications and change management activities and issues.
- Build and maintain active, collaborative relationships with all members of the initiatives and in the business.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards/reports for program and functional stakeholders / leadership.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree strongly preferred
- 5-8 years of applicable experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Project Management designation preferred

**KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Demonstrated ability to large-scale, enterprise or cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working on large, global teams
- Experience providing work direction and guidance to team members
- Experience with Project Management principles, concepts, practices and standards
- Experience working in matrixed teams responsible for influencing and communicating across many levels of the organization
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with employees, consultants and senior management

**ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT**
- Travel will be required abased on need of the project
- Work assignments are diversified
- A frequent volume of work and deadline impose strain on routine basis
- Minimal physical effort is required
