**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Proven working experience of/with voice protocols: H.323, SIP, SIPoTLS, ISDN (E1/T1), MGCP, RTP;
- Proven operational and configuration experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity, Cisco CUBE;
- Experience with virtual environments (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter);
- Thorough knowledge of English (oral and written).

**Desirable**:

- Experience with CISCO Contact Centre Express (UCCX);
- Experience with Microsoft Skype for Business;
- Proven knowledge on common monitoring solutions, e.g. CA Spectrum, Solarwinds, SNMP-based tools;
- Deployment, configuration of secure voice features;
- Experience working in an operations center or service desk;
- Scripting experience ideally in python;
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
- Industry Certification from Cisco: CCNA - Collaboration;
- Certified ITIL foundation.

**Duties/role**:

- Being responsible for the delivery of 2nd level technical support for Voice Services (incidents and service requests);
- Being prepared to do on-call support during out of business hours on a rotation basis;
- Monitoring the voice infrastructure, coordinating with the centralized helpdesk and intervening when required;
- Identifying gaps and educating level 1 support personnel;
- Being prepared to work outside of business hours if required;
- Assisting in logistic and asset management of voice services equipment;
- Maintaining core voice infrastructure (CUCM, SBCs and V2 routers);
- Collaborating with local Customer Support Units (CSU) in remote sites in solving customer issues;
- Any other duties if required.
