**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven working experience of/with voice protocols: H.323, SIP, SIPoTLS, ISDN (E1/T1), MGCP, RTP
- Proven operational and configuration experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity, Cisco CUBE
- Experience with virtual environments (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter)

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**:

- Industry Certification from Cisco: CCNA - Collaboration
- Certified ITIL foundation
- Experience with CISCO Contact Centre Express (UCCX)
- Experience with Microsoft Skype for Business
- Proven knowledge on common monitoring solutions, e.g. CA Spectrum, SolarWinds, SNMP-based tools
- Deployment, configuration of secure voice features
- Experience working in an operations center or service desk
- Scripting experience ideally in python
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Responsible for the delivery of 2nd level technical support for Voice Services (incidents and service requests)
- Be prepared to do on-call support during out of business hours on a rotation basis
- Monitor the voice infrastructure, coordinate with the centralised helpdesk and intervene when required
- Identify gaps and educate level 1 support personnel
- Be prepared to work outside of business hours if required
- Assists in logistic and asset management of voice services equipment
- Maintenance of core voice infrastructure (CUCM, SBCs and V2 routers)
- Collaborate with local Customer Support Units (CSU) in remote sites in solving customer issues
