**Junior Customer Success Manager**

Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Our cutting-edge solution empowers businesses to optimize their internal communications and achieve unprecedented growth. We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Junior Customer Success Manager to join our small but passionate team.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboard and train new clients on the Meet Roger platform.
- Actively monitor and manage incoming tickets submitted through our help desk.
- Provide proactive support to address customer queries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to product enhancements.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, English. Other languages are a plus.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of SaaS products.
- Stress-resistant with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
