About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager responsible for supporting the massive adoption of the Swift Alliance Cloud platform by existing and new customers; prioritizing the customer segments to target in priority, defining strong value propositions for each, understanding customer needs, defining the best customer journey, aligning with the company’s strategy and in close collaboration with the regional teams and Professional Services, to ensure the commercial success of SWIFT’s product and service.

Education

University degree in Economics or Engineering or equivalent qualification/experience

Experience

At least 5 years experience in product or service development. Swift experience is an asset.

Swift offers a new messaging platform, cloud based, enabling its customers to exchange financial messages over the network, supporting both manual and automated flows, and allowing for low to zero footprint on the customer’s premise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager in an Agile organization, you would become a member of the Alliance cloud migration squad in the Journey-to-Cloud Tribe. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Own the commercial side of the product lifecycle, and ensure for each market segment a proper adoption by defining the value proposition and go-to-market plan (e.g. pricing, communication, content, campaigns, development of user documentation, training of customers and commercial divisions) in collaboration with Business Development while understanding P&L and ensuring continuous improvements.
- Provide insights to product POs to ensure the right prioritization of features for the Alliance cloud product evolution, to achieve the planned adoption target
- Liaise with other divisions/departments, customers, vendors, regulatory bodies and industry associations and make presentations
- Feed long-term product roadmap, in close collaboration with Product Owner
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders to understand needs and requirements and make sure they are supported and well-informed.
- Ensure customer centricity is at the heart of all decisions, and is part of team’s DNA
- Keep abreast of new trends in the customer integration domain, share it to all relevant stakeholders through documentation, training, etc.
Share gained knowledge amongst team members through documentation and presentation
- Work closely together with the other Product Managers in the Journey-to-Cloud tribe towards the common vision around the customer access evolution
- Proactively anticipates, analyses, assesses and reports risks and/or threats

Competency Profile
- Strong commercial and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with all levels throughout the organization on technical as well as business concepts
- Knowledge of the SWIFT product suite is a definite advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Effective stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Autonomous, empowered with the ability to drive, adapt and respond to change
- A team player with a hands-on, energetic but pragmatic approach
- Innovative, capacity to think out of the box, curious and willing to continuously update relevant technology/market knowledge
