**IT System Manager**:

- Ter versterking van onze IT-afdeling te **Leuven** zoeken wij een gepassioneerd **IT System Manager**. Je wordt bij Immotheker Finotheker verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en optimalisatie van IT-systemen. Ook sta je samen met je team mee in voor de dagelijkse IT-support van de 150 medewerkers verspreid over 100 kantoren.

**Je taken & verantwoordelijkheden**:
**Systeembeheer & Onderhoud**- Beheer van servers, netwerken en cloudomgevingen- Installatie en configuratie van hardware en software- Beveiliging en updates van IT-systemen

**IT-strategie & Innovatie**- Evalueren en implementeren van nieuwe technologieën- Optimaliseren van IT-processen en infrastructuur- Zorgen voor schaalbaarheid en efficiëntie

**Beveiliging & Compliance**- Implementeren van cybersecurity-maatregelen- Waarborgen van naleving van IT-beleid en wetgeving- Data back-up en disaster recovery plannen

**Support & Teamcoördinatie**- Leidinggeven aan een klein IT-team- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan medewerkers- Samenwerken met externe leveranciers en partners

**Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?**:
**Technische skills**- Kennis van netwerken (LAN, WAN, VPN)- Ervaring met Azure cloudplatform- Beheer van Windows besturingssystemen- Databasebeheer (SQL, mssql)- IT-beveiliging en compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR)

**Soft skills**- Probleemoplossend vermogen- Communicatieve vaardigheden- Projectmanagement en planning- Leiderschap en teamwork

**Opleiding**- Bachelor of master in Informatica, IT Management of een gerelateerd vakgebied- Certificeringen zoals ITIL, CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, PMP zijn een plus

**Ervaring**- Je hebt mínimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een IT-beheerfunctie- Je hebt zowel ervaring met operationele als strategische IT-taken
