**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a Sales & Retail Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily business analysis and the optimization of each category in the retail. Furthermore, under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will follow-up with a team of sales representatives to achieve the sales objectives and to increase our presence in the POS in line with the sales strategy.
**MAIN MISSIONS**
**Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities are**:
**Sales / Category Management**:
- Analyze the market results by month and by retailers (Sell-out performance)
- Analyze and optimization of the assortment of each category in line with the strategy of the retailer
- Monitofollow uplow-up the returns by retailer and by line
- Analyze and follow-up of the rotation and stock by category and by retailer
- Define a segmentation and a classification strategy of the market (clusterisation strategy)
- Shelf measurement, identified the Guerlain position in line with our MS
- Prepare periodic sales report, sellout reports, returns reports, stock reports
- Assist the Sales Manager on all the follow-up projects regarding the Key Clients (launches, returns, sales, orders,)
**Retail Management**:
- Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you willfollow upp the sales representative’s team to reach sales KPI’s & sales targets
- Monitor the key performance indicators and prepare periodic sales reports
- Follow-up the agendas and the administration tasks with the sales representative in optimizing the team planning respecting new Coverage guidelines and improve match to traffic (Top Doors Focus)
- Responsible of the Temp BC’s budget, the allocatfollow-upollow up with the agencies
- Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration within the field team and with other departments
- In collaboration with the Sales Manager, create and implement local incentive programs
- Prepare and manage the Field routine such as Weekly Morning Calls & Monthly Field visits
- Responsible of the updates and the monitoring of the tool Sales force
**Profile**:
- **Master degree diploma with 1 to 2 years of experience in Retail or FMCG**:
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and organized
- **Excellent skills in Excel**:
- Excellent communication skills with a good team spirit
- Commercial and dynamic spirit
- Strategic thinking, and ability to think out of the box
- **Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
