**Omschrijving vacature**

Voor onze vacature van Planner in Gent zoeken wij een gemotiveerde medewerker die o.a. volgende taken voor zijn/haar rekening wilt nemen:

- Je maakt een dagdagelijkse plannen voor zowel service, montage als onderhouden
- Je verzorgt een goede en vlotte communicatie met binnen
- en buitendienst.
- Je hebt een goed contact met onze klanten en streeft naar een perfecte service.
- Je verzorgt de opvolging van de interventie
- en onderhoudsbonnen en zorgt dat deze gevolg krijgen

**Uw profiel**

Solliciteer jij graag op deze vacature van Operations Support in Gent, dan verwachten wij dat je o.a. over volgende competenties beschikt:

- Je bent gestructureerd, stressbesteding, zelfstandig en vlot in communicatie
- Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en liefst met HVAC
- Je werkt vlot met office en hebt ervaring met ERP pakketten
- Je bent flexibel en heb een goede werkmentaliteit
- Je spreekt heel goed Nederlands, kennis Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt
