De entiteit Business Solution ClaimStation (Motor) is momenteel op zoek naar een nieuw talent die het team kan versterken.

Als **Business Analyst** werk je op een groot strategisch project namelijk de transformatie van het platform voor het schadebeheer waarbinnen digitalisatie een grote rol speelt. Hierbij wordt er o.a. gewerkt op de optimalisatie van de beheersprocessen, het verhogen van de interne efficiëntie, het verbeteren van de externe service,

Je zal werken binnen een team van specialisten waarbij de oplossingen die je ontwerpt de strategie ondersteunen. Je staat in voor het projectbeheer van A tot Z binnen een agile omgeving, wat inhoudt: conceptualisatie, business analyse, uitschrijven van de vereisten, interactie met de IT-diensten, testscenario’s uitwerken en testen uitvoeren.

- Je analyseert de behoeften, **definieert de beste oplossingen**en beschrijft de vereisten.
- Je zorgt voor het **testen en opvolgen**van je projecten en garandeert de kwaliteit ervan.
- Je **communiceert**duidelijk en constructief met de verschillende betrokkenen en met het management.
- **Proactief** beheer qua opvolging project
- Je breidt je kennis binnen het domein Motor voortdurend verder uit.

- Je bent **analytisch** en **kritisch** ingesteld
- Je hebt **oog voor detail** en altijd op zoek naar oplossingen
- Je geeft blijk van **autonomie**.
- Je bent **gestructureerd,** **georganiseerd** en hebt ervaring met projectbeheer
- Je **communicatie **gebeurt duidelijk en gestructureerd.
- **Deadlines** en een **strakke planning** schrikken je niet af
- Je bent niet bang voor evolutie en verandering
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en/of Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
- Een **goede kennis van het domein auto** is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een Masterdiploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
