Our Public Affairs consultancy based in Brussels is looking for a motivated Human Resources intern to reinforce our administration team. The internship will mainly **focus on recruitment** tasks with a contribution on **ad-hoc projects** with the team members.

You will integrate a team of 4 people who will support your integration and give you guidance in the different areas covered by the internship.

**What are we looking for?**
- You’re in your final Bachelor/Master year with a focus on HR-related fields
- You have excellent written and verbal skills in English, French or Dutch is a plus.
- You are detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You’re a team player but working independently doesn’t scare you
- You get along well with MS office
- You’re able to show assertiveness, flexibility and autonomy

**What will be your main responsibilities?**

Support the Human Resources team in different areas:

- Onboarding process of new comers
- Implementation of the training plan
- HR projects: employee satisfaction survey, evaluation process

**Support the Admin/Finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks**:

- Support to external associations that we manage: publication on the Moniteur Belge, organisation of meetings
- Support on contract creation and follow-up (Clients and suppliers)
- Creation of reports (activity, KPI’s)
- Support on financial/accounting tasks : Regular scanning of accountancy documents, optimization of the processes.
