Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde actief in ecologische toepassingen. Voor hun Brussels HQ is HR Talents op zoek naar een HR & Communication Specialist.

**Jobomschrijving**:
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle medewerkers en staat in nauw contact met de verschillende HR expertise centra.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie van de lokale HR dienstverlening. Je zorgt daarnaast voor een dynamische en efficiënte communicatie.

Verder werk je mee aan uiteenlopende projecten, lever je administratieve ondersteuning met betrekking tot vernieuwing en/of verbetering van het HR-beleid en de HR-processen. Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor iedereen die deel uitmaakt van de site Brussel d.w.z. medewerkers, management, en werknemersvertegenwoordigers

Je zorgt voor een professioneel, vlot en aangenaam onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers, in overleg met de departementen en de betrokken HR centers

Je geeft ondersteuning aan de HR manager rond verschillende HR topics:

- Coördinatie en opvolging van syndicale delegatie, ondernemingsraad en vierjaarlijkse verkiezingen (agenda, rapportering, logistiek, vertalingen enz.)
- Administratie in en uitdienst processen, personeelsbewegingen (rapportering, update intranet)
- Opvolging administratie jobstudenten en stagiaires
- Opvolging purchase orders, budgetten
- Updates van lokale policies en reglementen

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de interne communicatie en coördinatie van verschillende evenementen
- Actieve en dynamische rol m.b.t. interne communicatie
- Verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven, publiceren en verspreiden van intern nieuwsbrieven, rekening houdend met de huisstijl
- Communiceren en organiseren van site initiatieven en lokale evenementen
- Update van Intranet site Brussel
- Zorgen voor een actieve promotie van initiatieven (opleidingen, welzijn,)

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt ervaring met (interne) Communicatie, je hebt affiniteit met HR processen (minimum 3 jaar ervaring in gelijkaardige functie)
- Je beschikt over een schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels om vlot te kunnen communiceren met alle medewerkers
- Je bent luisterbereid, contactvaardig en bezit over sterke sociale vaardigheden
- Je bent klantgericht, je communiceert op een professionele manier
- Je gaat discreet om met confidentiële informatie
- Je verwerkt gegevens punctueel en op een accurate manier
- Je bent flexibel en kan prioriteiten stellen in een wijzigende context
- Je bent bereid om heel diverse taken op te nemen : autonoom projecten aansturen alsook meer administratieve taken uitvoeren
