**Missions Principales**:
- Gestion et développement d'un portefeuille de 40 clients, dont 13 comptes clés, représentant un volume d'affaires de 5.5 millions d'euros.
- Identification et exploitation des opportunités de vente, avec des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires annuel par compte clé variant entre 400k et 1M d'euros.
- Négociation et interaction directe avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau : CEO, Responsables Achats ou Acheteurs, Directeurs commerciaux.
- Établissement et maintien de relations commerciales durables et stratégiques.
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.
**Profil Recherché**:
- Expérience significative de 10 ans en gestion B to B, idéalement dans notre secteur d'activité.
- Compétences avérées dans la gestion des comptes clés et une bonne connaissance des marchés du BENELUX.
- Excellente capacité de communication, de négociation et de présentation.
- Autonomie, organisation, et forte orientation résultats.
- Maîtrise du hollandais impérative, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour communiquer efficacement avec une partie de notre clientèle et partenaires.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents au sein du BENELUX.
- Doit résider impérativement en Belgique
