**Vos missions**:
**Au sein d'une équipe dédiée à un portefeuille clients, nous recherchons un.e chef.fe de projet stage, sur Bruxelles.**

Accompagné.e par les chefs de projets de l'équipe, vous participerez aux missions suivantes:
Participer à la rédaction des briefs créatifs,

Aide à la préparation des dossiers, des campagnes

Suivi opérationnel et coordination des campagnes print, digital, événementielles, presses...

Relation avec les interlocuteurs du projet au sein du groupe, et les fournisseurs (devis, négociation de prix )

Gestion administrative (Compte rendu, planning ) et suivi des budgets,

Relation clientèle.

- Voorbereiden dossiers en campagnes
- Operationele follow-up en coördinatie van print
- & digitale campagnes, dit zowel intern als naar de klant toe.
- Opvolgen creatief proces
- Administratief beheer (verslagen, planning, enz.) en budgetbewaking,

De formation commerce ou école de communication, vous êtes un chef d'orchestre dans l'âme et aimez la coordination de projet, les relations et proposer des solutions.

Tu possèdes les compétences suivantes:
Bonnes connaissances des techniques et outils de communication

Sens de la rigueur et de l'organisation dans la mise en oeuvre des actions

A l'aise à l'oral et à l'écrit en français

Réfléchi.e, appréciant le travail en équipe, curieux.se, autonome, appliqué.e, dynamique, ouvert.e d'esprit.

Je studeert een richting in communicatie of bedrijfskunde. Je bent een manusje-van-alles, je coördineert graag en vindt snel oplossingen, samen met het team.

Idealiter heb je al een eerste stage-ervaring in de communicatiewereld.

Daarenboven heb je de volgende vaardigheden:
Goede kennis van communicatietools

Gevoel voor detail en coördinatie

Je kunnen uitdrukken in het Frans is een troef.

Teamplayer, nieuwsgierig, autonoom, ijverig, dynamisch, ruimdenkend.
