Om ons ICT managementteam te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een ondernemende en doortastende infrastructuur manager met visie op moderne bedrijfsvoering en processen. Daadkrachtig, flexibel en een teamplayer. Stevige gesprekspartner op alle niveaus.**Functie**
Als departementsdirecteur heb je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over het ICT infrastructuur departement. Je tekent mee het informaticabeleid uit in lijn met de algemene bedrijfsstrategie. Als people manager ben je in staat je team te begeleiden in functie van de te bereiken doelstellingen.
Je draagt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je participeert aan het algemene beheer van de Informatica afdeling en ontwikkelt en coördineert het beleid in je departement (120 medewerkers).
- Je stuurt jouw team efficiënt aan op resultaat, zowel voor run als voor build
- Je stelt het infrastructuur budget op en volgt dit proactief op
- Je zorgt voor goede contacten met de verschillende leveranciers en organiseert de openbare aanbestedingen.
- Je zorgt voor een goede interne en externe communicatie. Je rapporteert aan de CIO.
- Je coördineert en beheert de ICT Infrastructure project portefeuille.

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een universitaire opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, aangevuld met minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een ICT-infrastructuur managementfunctie.
- Je beschikt over een brede kennis en ervaring op het vlak van ICT processen (ITIL) en Infrastructuur (netwerk, security, systeembeheer, middleware, Oracle-database, werkplek, ).
- Met je persoonlijke uitstraling, uitgesproken visie en goede globale ICT-kennis en ervaring ben je in staat een stevig leiderschap uit te bouwen. Je management
- en communicatiestijl stimuleren samenwerking en maken je tot een enthousiaste coach en people manager.
- Service Management kent voor jou geen geheimen. Je bent vertrouwd met lean technieken (Kanban, flow, Devops, )
- Je streeft naar resultaten en maximale klanttevredenheid. Je hebt de natuurlijke ambitie om je medewerkers verder te ontwikkelen en de processen waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent continu te optimaliseren.
- Vlot meertalig (Nederlands, Frans en Engels) is belangrijk in functie van de vele interne en externe contacten.
