Als Customer Service Coordinator neem je dan ook een belangrijke rol op. Je helpt klanten snel en efficiënt: first time right Klanten die ons bellen krijgen geen beltoon, wachttijd of keuzemenu, maar een rechtstreekse lijn naar een vaste contactpersoon: jij Niets is belangrijker voor een onderneming dan tevreden klanten. Bij Telenet begrijpen we dat echt.
In eerste instantie help je klanten met hun vragen, maar er komt nog meer bij kijken. Je maakt ook offertes (upselling, cross-selling) op, noteert bestellingen, doet margecontrole en facturatie. Geen risico op verveling, want geen enkele dag is dezelfde en je krijgt daarbij heel veel verantwoordelijkheden en ontwikkelingskansen.
Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor. Je hebt collega’s die met evenveel passie werken als jij. En daar hoort een grote funfactor bij. Work smart, play hard
