Ben jij klaar om de leiding te nemen over uitdagende, diverse digitale projecten binnen een sterk groeiende internationale organisatie?
Als Project Manager bij iO bekijk je alles van twee kanten: binnen je team vertegenwoordig je de klant en tegenover de klant ben je een trotse _product owner_.
Je komt terecht op campus Brussel in een **multidisciplinair projectteam**, waarbij je intensief samenwerkt met de Technical Lead en onze developers. Samen met hen bewaak je de kwaliteit van projecten bij elke stap van het proces. Jij draait aan de knoppen van elk project en bewaakt deadlines, de scope en het budget.
Daarnaast **onderhoud je ook de klantrelatie**. Je werkt actief samen met de klant en denkt mee over de beste manier om hun processen te digitaliseren. Zo draag je telkens opnieuw bij aan betekenisvolle projecten, die intensief gebruikt worden.

Wat je meebrengt als Project Manager
Dankzij je ervaring met (digitaal) projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in een agency, hou jij met gemak de touwtjes van verschillende projecten stevig in handen. Met je **organisatorisch talent **kan je een mooi overzicht bewaren en kan je proactief naar ontbrekende informatie op zoek wanneer dat nodig is. Ten slotte ben je communicatief vaardig en kan je de mensen in je team motiveren zodat ze er weer met volle moed tegenaan kunnen.
Naast deze specifieke vaardigheden bezit je ook de volgende:
- Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring met agile project management, budgetbeheer en planning.
- Je hebt ervaring met het opbouwen en onderhouden van professionele klantrelaties.
- Je hebt een talent voor goede communicatie. Je viert successen, maar brengt evengoed slecht nieuws voorzichtig over.
- Ervaring in functionele analyse en testing is een plus. Goesting om je volledig te verdiepen in hoe een digitaal product functioneel werkt is een vereiste.
- Je hebt minstens interesse in digitale producten en software bouwen. Ervaring in het werken met software teams is een plus.
