At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Analysis of Business requirements of transformation projects, in particular implementation of Service Now modules (such as SPM, APM, CSM).
- Documentation of Business requirements, business process analysis, business processes modelling, use cases, test scenarios.
- Assistance in the drafting of Policy documents, Vision documents, Project Initiation Requests, Business cases, Project Charters and Security Plans.
- Drive collaboration and stakeholders' engagement activities.
- Conducting research to find ways to improve the management and offering of services.
- Assessing new IT activities on alignment with organisation’s strategic goals and operational objectives.
- Monitoring current IT portfolio and reporting.
- Assessing current IT portfolio related processes and tools and make proposals for their evolution.

**Requirements**:
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field and 11 years of experience in IT.
- Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- Certificate in Project and Portfolio Management, for example PM2/PRINCE2/PMP.
- Certificate in Service Management, for example ITIL Certification.
- Good knowledge of business implementation of Service Now modules (SPM, CSM, APM, etc).
- Good knowledge of project and portfolio management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile.
- Experience in Meeting Facilitation.
- Good knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
