**Functiebeschrijving**
Voor de vacature als Teamleader Customer relationship life science zoeken we een kandidaat met veel goesting om er in te vliegen. Jouw takenpakket ziet er zo uit:

- Je stuurt een gemotiveerd team van 5 mensen aan.
- Je verdeelt de orders zodat iedereen efficiënt en evenveel kan werken.
- Je houd alles in een goed overzicht en springt bij waar nodig.
- Je bent het hoofdcontact voor klanten.
- Je volgt de opgegeven KPI's op.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat er voldoende bezetting is wanneer er vakantie wordt aangevraagd of bijvoorbeeld moederschapsverlof.
- Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt op deze afdeling.

**Functie-eisen**
Voor de job als Teamleader Customer relationship life science verwachten we een gemotiveerde kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende kwalificaties:

- Je zet een stap extra wanneer dit nodig is. Je hebt dus geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je heel goed behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt ervaring met customer service en of logistiek is een must.
- Ervaring met leidinggeven is een zeer groot pluspunt.
- Een PC heeft voor jou geen geheimen en je kan vlot overweg met programma's zoals office of SAP.
- Je wilt graag bijleren over life science en bent klaar om je helemaal hieronder ondergedompeld te laten worden. Je krijgt hiervoor dan ook een zeer grondige opleiding van ongeveer 6 maanden.
- Je hebt een open communicatie en een positieve mindset.
- Je bent flexibel in taken en uren.
