As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for proactive monitoring of the clients account health, have value-based technical conversations, mitigate issues before they start and retain the clients by nurturing them to achieve the business goals. Ultimately, you will be the person our clients trust.

**What will you do?**:

- You assist our clients in using the platform and solutions from Robovision as effectively and efficiently as possible, based on your proficiency with the Robovision platform and solutions, and their features and capabilities.
- You resolve client’s issues in a timely manner, maintain high levels of client satisfaction by monitoring touch points and obtaining feedback to identify potential issues.
- You deliver best-practice technical consultation, answer more technical questions on client calls and potentially identify more technical add-on upsell opportunities whenever possible.
- You provide input on and you contribute expertise to ensure the highest quality for Robovision deliverables ensuring realisation of value for your clients.
- You provide regular client updates to Sales colleagues, highlighting potential opportunities or risks to Robovision platform/solution adoption.
- As part of the commercial team, you translate your client requirements and needs by writing technical scopes into Robovision solutions and effectively communicate them to the Engineering teams.
- You work closely with all stakeholders in Robovision to ensure retention of the clients and maximum licence renewals.
- You establish strong relationships with your clients that are based on honesty, integrity, and a passion for best-in-class service.

**Who are you?**
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Customer Success preferably within Agri-tech/Artificial Intelligence/IT sector
- You have a good technology background and a strong desire to learn and collaborate with clients through webinars, workshops, as well as in-person meetings that result in high levels of customer satisfaction.
- You are a credible and proactive individual who will be confident interacting with high level executives but can also equally engage with non-executive contacts.
- Someone who thrives in creating a gold standard in customer success and takes great satisfaction in achieving this.
- A well planned, structured, rigorous individual with a sharp eye for attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - in English and Dutch.
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in a scientific or technical discipline.
