Authorities and national and international road users. We are appointed by our client Viapass, the interregional entity representing the three regions (Flanders,
Walloon, and Brussels).

As 2nd line Customer Support Agent, you will join us in this collective effort.

The Customer Support Department is the interface to the Road Users and is responsible for the call center. As a 2nd line Customer Support Agent, you will be an expert in our products and services.

The requests and cases can be, amongst others, related to the following:

- Overall questions concerning our devices
- Operational issues - Mostly related to the Vending Machines
- Account issues - Mostly related to the user portal
- Financial issues
- Logistic issues

You will also collaborate with 1st line agents and support them in resolving customer cases.

For this function, we are looking for an enthusiastic co-worker with a good knowledge of French, Dutch, and English and good verbal and written communication skills.

You are used to working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and are eager to learn our internal software.

Ideally, you already have a first working experience, preferably in a support position in a customer service department. You are very customer-oriented and can adapt flexibly and smoothly to any changes in your duties.

You are interested in working in an innovative environment and are a team player who works proactively. You are a problem solver who likes to take the initiative.
