**Function**:
**Do you have an engineering master degree in electricity, electronics, electromechanics or IT? Do you have any experience in project management? Then, this job is for you**

Within our software team, our multicultural project management team, composed of 5 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a **Software Project Leader **to strengthen this team.

**What will you work on?**
- In direct contact with our customers and the development teams in Europe and Japan, as well as with various other departments within the company and our customers, you will gather, analyse and synthesise all the information needed to reach a consensus on the product specifications.
- You independently plan development and validation activities between the various parties involved, negotiating with each of them to find the best solution for their needs.
- Acting as the main point of contact for the development of these products, you will propose and implement technical and organisational solutions that meet the requirements of the various parties involved and enable projects to progress through to completion.
- You report to management on the progress of projects and issues to be resolved during development (e.g. quality issues, changes to the original project requested by customers, issues affecting the schedule, etc.).
- You will support the Sales and Quality Assurance teams in technical negotiations with our car manufacturer customers.
- You will travel occasionally (1x to 2x a year) for a few days to visit our European customers or our parent company in Japan.

**Profile**:
**MUST HAVE**
- Experience level: from confirmed to senior (min. 3 years of similar experience in a project management and/or customer interface role for the development of technical projects in electronics and IT, ideally in the automotive sector or in a sector with comparable operations.
- An engineering master degree in electricity, electronics, electromechanics or IT
- Fluency in English and in French
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Customer-oriented

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Persuasive person capable of uniting energies around common objectives
- Interest in negotiation
- Experience in an international environment
- Knowledge of MS project
