Tomorrowland is more than a festival. It is a global ecosystem of experience, innovation, and connection. To support our business growth, we are expanding the Finance team and are looking for a Finance Operations & Payment Coordinator to help shape the future of orders and payments at our festivals. We are looking for a specialist with a strong analytical mindset, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for operational excellence. You are stress-resistant, work in a structured way, and have experience with complex (payment) environments.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1) POS & SALES PROCESSES**
- Shaping POS processes in various contexts such as retail, hospitality, and large-scale international events.
- You oversee the setup and configuration of cash register systems, including VAT settings, inventory tracking, and ERP integration, by critically contributing to the setup and alignment with other departments.
- Coordinating omnichannel payment and refund flows during international festivals such as Tomorrowland Belgium, Winter, and Brazil.
- Reporting on conversion rates, payment failures, and churn within e-commerce sales channels such as fashion webshops or the online DJ Academy.
- Monitoring sales and payment data and creating reports via BI tools to support decision-making.
**2) PAYMENTS & STRATEGY**
- You are responsible for onboarding and negotiating with Payment Service Providers (such as Adyen, PayPal, Stripe,...) and play an active role in providing the required compliance information (KYC, reviews,...).
- Evaluation of cross-border payment processes and conducting analyses regarding direct acquiring or integrated payment solutions via external providers.
- Managing and optimizing payment methods.
- Configuration and monitoring of fraud prevention.
**MUST-HAVES**:
- Master’s degree in an economic field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of digital POS and payment systems.
- You have a hands-on mentality and show great independence.
- Taking on responsibilities does not intimidate you.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Willing to travel and work on location.
