Tomorrowland is meer dan een festival. Het is een wereldwijd ecosysteem van beleving, innovatie en verbinding. Voor onze bedrijfsgroei te realiseren breiden we het Finance team uit en zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Operations & Payment Coördinator die mee de toekomst van orders en betalingen op onze festivals vormgeeft. We zoeken een specialist met een sterke analytische geest, hands-on mentaliteit en een passie voor operationele excellentie. Je bent stressbestendig, werkt gestructureerd en hebt ervaring met complexe (betaal)omgevingen.
**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:
**1) POS & SALES PROCESSES**
- Vormgeven van POS-processen in uiteenlopende contexten zoals retail, horeca en grootschalige internationale evenementen.
- Je bewaakt de inrichting en configuratie van kassasystemen, inclusief btw-instellingen, voorraadtracking en ERP-integratie, door kritisch mee te denken over de set-up en afstemming met andere afdelingen
- Coördineren van omnichannel betaal
- en refundflows tijdens internationale festivals zoals Tomorrowland België, Winter en Brazil.
- Rapporteren van conversieratio’s, betaaluitval en churn binnen e-commerce verkoopkanalen zoals bv. de fashion webshops of de online DJ Academy.
- Monitoren van verkoop
- en betaaldata en opstellen van rapportages via BI-tools ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming.
**2) PAYMENTS & STRATEGY**
- Je staat in voor de onboarding en onderhandeling met Payment Service Providers (zoals Adyen, PayPal, Stripe,) en speelt een actieve rol in het aanleveren van de vereiste compliance-informatie (KYC, reviews,).
- Evaluatie van cross-border paymentprocessen en analyses maken m.b.t. directe acquiring of geïntegreerde betalingsoplossingen via externe leveranciers.
- Het beheer en de optimalisatie van betaalmethodes
- Configuratie en monitoring van fraudepreventie
**MUST-HAVES**:
- Masterdiploma in een economische richting en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
- Kennis van digitale POS- & betaalsystemen
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en je toont een grote zelfstandigheid
- Verantwoordelijkheden opnemen schrikt jou niet af.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)
- Bereid om te reizen en op locatie te werken
