**Functieomschrijving**:
In deze functie stuurt u in eerste instantie het projectteam aan. Uw eerste doelstelling is de realisatie van het contractueel vastgelegde project binnen vastgelegde budgetten en tijdschema en het tevreden stellen van de klant. U doet dit tijdens de volledige projectduur, in alle fasen van engineering / bouw / opstart / oplevering (ca. 30 maand).
U beheerst het project in al zijn aspecten, zowel technisch als contractueel.
U bent regelmatig op de site voor besprekingen met de klant en om de werken op te volgen. De bestaande installatie moet blijven functioneren tijdens de werken en als project manager dient u oplossingsgericht te denken om de werking van de bestaande installatie tijdens alle fases van de bouw te garanderen. U geeft aan waar er extra resources nodig zijn, maar springt ook in waar nodig om de doelstellingen te behalen.
U rapporteert aan de Head Projects & Engineering en werkt hier nauw mee samen.
**Algemene vereisten**:
- Hogere technische opleiding (Master in de Industriële Wetenschappen of Ingenieurswetenschappen);
- Praktische ervaring als project manager of als sturend lid van een projectteam bij de bouw van een industriële installatie;
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met AUR (algemene uitvoeringsregels overheidsopdrachten);
- Sterk analytisch en creatief denkvermogen;
- Goede communicatievaardigheden;
- Zin voor nauwkeurigheid en stiptheid;
- Sterke inzet en flexibiliteit;
- Vlotte omgang met deadlines, stressbestendigheid;
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels;
- Snelle beschikbaarheid.
