The role of the Project Manager is to lead, plan, execute and simultaneously manage different complex projects within given time, cost and quality constraints, and in line with the respective business case.
Some tasks:
- Facilitate project initiation and scope definition
- Manage the project interfaces, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure quality and compliance with all business processes, throughout the project’s life cycle
- Manage project costs within approved budget and report on actuals versus planned
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management in interaction with other project and/or program managers

**Job requirements**:
- Master degree in scientific or related field, or equivalent through experience
- Knowledge and understanding of national and international (CE, FDA) QA/QC and regulatory requirements)
- Knowledge of the IVD Directive and new IVDR
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Excellent knowledge of English is required
