We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MEP Specialist (Building Services & Environmental) to join the team and providing technical expertise and guidance for MEP engineering design activities within the construction projects. Your mission is to work closely with internal and external designers and engineers to establish parameters, standards, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective MEP systems integration.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop guidelines, standards, and best practices for MEP engineering design.
- Review and evaluate MEP design plans for compliance and optimization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to MEP engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent communication in English.

**Work Experience**
- Proven experience in MEP engineering design and coordination.
- Proven experience in MEP engineering design and coordination for hospitality projects/resorts/villas.
- Proven experience defining design parameters and standards for MEP design in hospitality projects/resorts/villas.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems.
- Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP).
- Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient MEP design practices.

**Nice to have**:

- MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent communication in Spanish or Portuguese.
