Als Office Manager in dit architectenbureau kan je genieten van een gevarieerd takenpakket:

- Je bent de rechterhand van de directie en ondersteunt de collega's op administratief vlak
- Je ondersteunt bij loonadministratie en HR
- Je woont vergaderingen bij, maakt de agendapunten en verslagen op
- Je beheert en bestelt kantoormateriaal
- Je staat in voor het beheer van facility
- Je werkt aan projecten rond implementatie van nieuwe tools
- Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van de facturatie

**Profiel**:
Je hebt een eerster ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (management asissistant, personal assistand, secretariaat...).
Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een basis Frans en basis Engels.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent discreet.
Je kan goed organiseren en multitasken.
