**Description**

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who will also take up some Account Management tasks for Italy, Greece and Cyprus market.

Your range of responsibilities will include:

- Identifying potential customers and contacting them to introduce the company’s products or services
- Identifying opportunities for increasing sales by identifying new markets or ways to reach existing markets through campaigns or other means
- Reviewing reports to determine if targets have been met or if adjustments need to be made
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients by following up on leads that did not result in sales, listening to customer feedback, and offering solutions to problems
- Training clients on the company’s products
- Regularly going on client visits (in the EMEA region) to discuss their needs and how the company can meet them
- Negotiating prices with clients using knowledge of current market conditions and company policies
- Developing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients
- Measuring results and reporting progress to upper management

**Profile**
- University degree or equivalent obtained by experience in a similar environment
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in an international customer support position
- Fluent English, French and Italian, good oral and written knowledge of Spanish would be a plus.
- Experience in order management in ERP (SAP is a plus)
- Analytical capabilities, ability to interpret reports, listings, forecasts and budget.
- PC literate: strong knowledge of PC, network and standard packages used under Windows, strong Excel knowledge
- You have a strong commercial attitude and are passioned for your customers.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Team player, Mature, Dynamics and able to work in a changing environment.
