6 to 10 years of experience in a business analysis function in Banking and Financial services domain (preferably European Banking)
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience around Commercial, Investments, Retail, and Corporate Banking
- Should have Insurance (Life &Non-Life) knowledge specific to Belgium Market (Europe).
- Should have a good hold on Dutch or French or both languages.
- Working knowledge of Securities transactions (Orders, Corporate actions, savings plan etc.), Credit transactions (Origination, servicing, collections and recovery etc.) and Payment transactions(Cards, direct debits, credit transfers, and cheques etc.) managemen
- Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis expertise through usage of techniques such as Process Modelling, Use Cases and document business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy.
- Database Skills - SQL
- Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Excel.
- Should have experience of working in Agile methodologies using SCRUM framework, creating Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Product/Process Backlog
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with the regulations and policies of EBA (European banking authority)
- European Foundation Certificate in Banking (EFCB)
- Mainframe basic knowledge
