**Overview**:
We're seeking an Electronic Project Management Officer to reinforce our engineering unit in Mont-Saint-Guibert. Our specialized team is at the forefront of electronic and software development for hydronic circuits of heating and air-conditioning systems. We're part of the international engineering group IMI, offering a world of opportunities and innovation.

As an Electronic Project Management Officer, you will report to the R&D manager and support him and his development teams in successfully delivering electronic boards and embedded systems development projects. Here's what you'll be doing daily:
**Your function**:

- Project Reporting: Follow the work of our development engineers and report on our industrial projects, collaborating closely with PMO colleagues in our other engineering sites.
- Electronic Board and Firmware Release Management: Document changes, keep a register of electronic boards and firmware design changes, and provide documented changes to our factories and PCBA manufacturers.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to optimize design for cost-effective production and product manufacturing.
- Certification and Testing: Coordinate EMC testing of new designs in external certification labs to ensure compliance and safety.
- Production Oversight: Keep a watchful eye on existing production, and stay in close contact with PCBA manufacturers for seamless coordination.
- Technical Investigation: Delve into the tests, production, and assembly of electronic components, ensuring quality and performance.
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Document implementations and actively participate in knowledge transfer within the team.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and propose innovative evolutions to drive our projects forward.

**Your profile**:

- A degree in Electronic Engineering and some experience in project management.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience in embedded software and communication development in C, low-level communication protocols (I2C and SPI), wireless communication protocols (Zigbee and Bluetooth), and EMC certification standards.
- You don't need to be an expert in all these areas; a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial, and experience in other technologies is a valuable asset.
- Strong practical knowledge of English is a must, and proficiency in French is a plus.
