Verisure is op zoek naar een Technieker voor de Verisure alarmsystemen in de regio Noord-Antwerpen.

De Technieker biedt advies en technisch interventie voor zowel klanten als collega's uit verschillende departementen. Alles wat betreft technische interventies valt onder uw verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Verisure alarm system installeren
- Installeren en configureren van demoboxes/demopanels
- Diverse technische taken uitvoeren op aanvraag
- Service tickets uitvoeren (onderhoud en reparatie)
- Gevoelige interventies uitvoeren (na klacht of na alarm)
- Quality checks doen op installaties en interventies die werden gedaan door partners of Security advisors.
- Onze klanten bezoeken om een concept of offerte te maken (bijv: verhuis, wijziging van concept, )
- Beheer van zijn/haar eigen planning en communiceren met de dispatcher in het geval van een wijziging
- Beheer van eigen stock en retours van materiaal
- Communiceren met zijn/haar Manager om de kwaliteit van onze processen, interventies en tools te verbeteren.

Jouw profiel
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
- Je hebt een technisch diploma op zak
- Je bent ook op zaterdagen beschikbaar om te werken
- Rijbewijs (B)
- Energierijk en enthousiast persoon die ervan houdt om te werken met nieuwe en interessante technologie.
- Vaardigheid om out-of-the-box te denken en verbeteringen voor te stellen.
- Flexibel, stressbestendig en groot aanpassingsvermogen om op wijzigende omstandigheden in te spelen.
- Sociaal en klantgericht.
