De FIA staat in voor het maken van rapporten en analyses op de verschillende field KPI’s die uit de verschillende systemen worden gehaald. Deze informatie helpt de FP’s en de RFMs bij het opvolgen van hun targets en het zetten van juiste prioriteiten.

Deze info houdt verband met alle field activiteiten die via de systemen worden bijgehouden (promotie, NPD, coverage, tasks,...)

**Hoe je zal bijdragen**

Je zult:

- De Regional Field Managers helpen bij het opzetten van de objectieven door het opmaken van template en opvolging van de stratificaties.
- De wekelijkse tussentijdse resultaten verwerken van de ingegeven orders in Touch tov de opgegeven objectieven.
- Bij afsluit de eindresultaten verwerken, zowel voor klant als intern. Hiervoor werk je ook samen met KAM en Sales Ops.
- Een duidelijk jaarlijks overzicht bijhouden van alle promo’s.
- De task op in Touch.
- De info verzamelen ivm stratificaties per banner, je communiceert hierover met field en catman en gaat hier pro-actief te werk.
- Rapporten maken met de tussenstatus en eindstatus.
- Andere tasks aanmaken in het systeem om een opvolging te garanderen van extra gevraagde sales info via de rapporten.
- Meedenken over optimalisatie van de rapporten en systemen, en staat ter beschikking van interne sales voor het opmaken van ad hoc rapporten. Je communiceert ook met sales ops voor optimalisaties en/of technische problemen.

**Jouw profiel**

Je wenst je toekomst vorm te geven en je carrière te versnellen met ervaring in en bezit van:

- Een Bachelor of Master universitaire studie afgerond, bij voorkeur in de richting economie
- Analytische vaardigheden en je kunt gegevens vertalen naar heldere conclusies en aanbevelingen
- Een commerciële mindset, resultaatgericht, pro-actief en gedetailleerd
- Goede plannings
- en organisatievaardigheden en je kunt duidelijke prioriteiten stellen
- Goede excel vaardigheden en werkt graag met systemen en beheer van masterdata schrikt je niet af
- Je spreekt en schrijft makkelijk Nederlands/ Frans en Engels.
