**We are seeking an experienced and energetic Field Marketer to oversee our field marketing operations and execution within the BeLux region.**

**The role is offered on a 12-months fixed term, full-time employment contract basis. **We also offer a hybrid working scheme with 4 days in-office & 1 day remote work possibility.

Your key responsibilities include
- Lead the planning and execution of field marketing strategies conform the corporate processes to support sales objectives in the BeLux region.
- Organize and lead the execution of events, seminars, webinars, trade shows, and partner activities to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
- Actively participate in events, representing the brand and fostering connections with potential clients and partners.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, communities, and influencers to extend marketing reach.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of field activities with broader business goals.
- Oversee the field marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum impact and ROI.
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments to enhance future performance.

**Profile**:

- 3+ years' experience in field marketing with similar responsibilities covering the BeLux market.
- Degree (HBO or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
- Fluent in English **and either Dutch or French,** ideally both.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Office 365, among other systems.
- Availability to travel within the BeLux region and actively participate in events.
