**About the role**:
Fresh from our Serie A, we are on a mission to revolutionize the 2T$ hospitality industry and to become a new vertical SaaS giant.
As our HR specialist, you will be part of a new, growing team for a high growth tech startup in the hospitality industry, within the HR, Finance & Strategy department, composed of 4 people (Chief of Staff, Accounting Manager, Accounting Lead and HR), managed by our CFO.
Especially, you will be working closely with our People & Talent Manager on the full cycle of the employee journey, from hiring, onboarding, HR processes and HR animation
Although our organization is fully remote and international (English is our first language), the HR & Finance team is 100% French. We meet every Monday morning to kick-off the week. In addition, we organize 1:1 weekly meetings to follow up the guidelines and projects. We use Slack, Notion, Google workspace as corporate tools and Teamtailor as an ATS.
We offer this position as an international corporate mission (VIE), based in our head office in Brussels, where part of the team often travel, in addition to fellow Thynkers located there.
**As our HR Specialist at Thynk, you will**:
Contribute as an individual contributor in a strong, fully remote team and be a team player in a highly collaborative environment. Your missions will be split in 3 main areas:
**International HR**
- Improve and/or structure our internal HR processes & policies (annual reviews, time-off approvals, bonuses, ) hand in hand with the People & Talent Manager and the CFO, and our external partners (lawyers, EoR )
- Support & follow up on key HR administrative steps & deadlines (contract changes, end of trial period interviews,...)
- Ensure 100% HR data accuracy, and support HR manager deploying new HR related tooling & reporting
**Talent & Onboarding**
- Contribute to a 100% hassle-free onboarding for our new joiners (equipment ordering, welcome & how to,...) while tracking hardware & invoices
- Support the People & Talent Manager with our hireline pipeline when necessary (offer publishing, screening,..)
**People & Culture**
- Contribute to HR animation and communication to our team, give fresh ideas and promote our culture to engage and nurture our team
- Assist in organizing any offsites or corporate gatherings
- Contribute to Corporate communication & employer branding on third parties website (Linkedin, etc.)
**About you**:
**As part of the International Corporate mission (VIE), you’re a European citizen (Except Belgian), under the age of 29 years old, who’d like to gain experience in HR in a fast growing start up
- You will be a great fit if :_
- _You come from a HR Education : you are graduated from a HR Master at University or in a Business School_
- _You ideally have a first HR experience (internship included) in a Start up_
- _You speak english perfectly_
- Bonus point if you have :_
- _A first experience (internship included) in HR in general_
- _You speak another european language (e.g : French)_
