- Managing the reporting and controls for treasury accounting within the J&J treasury centers. This includes quarterly closure and reporting of the full balance sheet and profit and loss statement for some of our treasury centers.
- Ensuring that accounting processes align with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.
- Participating in the analysis and reporting of results to J&J Corporate headquarters.
- Collaborating across departments on various projects and daily operations with all treasury teams, including FX, investments and cash management.
- Serving as a valuable business partner to internal stakeholders, such as country tax centers, corporate tax, corporate consolidations team, J&J affiliates, and external partners, including audit teams.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to optimize accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
- Providing support for a transformative finance project.

**Qualifications**:

- You are a recent graduate with **1 - 3** **years **of business experience.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent.
- You have good knowledge of accountancy, knowledge of US GAAP and accounting of
derivatives are an additional asset.
- You are a team player and have a global mindset.
- You are accurate and have strong analytical skills.
- You are flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands on and stress resistant.
- You are passionate about taking ownership and about moving on issues and questions
towards resolution.
- You can express yourself fluently in English.
