Fonction:
Vous serez en charge du développement et du suivi des investissements auprès d’entreprises en Wallonie. Vous accompagnerez également ces sociétés dans le développement de leurs projets.
- Rechercher, négocier et concrétiser des partenariats avec des investisseurs institutionnels et privés dans le cadre du montage, du développement, de la promotion et de la réalisation des investissements.
- Assurer des contacts commerciaux avec divers agents économiques et institutionnels en vue de prospecter le secteur d’investissement et de détecter des projets présentant un potentiel.
- Analyser puis proposer au conseil d’administration des projets de développement en phase avec la stratégie de la structure.
- Elaborer des montages juridico-financiers et rédiger des rapports d’analyse argumentés de recommandations à la Direction.
- Mettre en œuvre (en collaboration avec les services légaux - finances) les décisions prises par la direction.
- Suivre l’évolution des investissements réalisés : collecter, contrôler, traiter les documents et activités pour donner à la direction une image claire de l’évolution du portefeuille d’investissements.
- Développer une collaboration pérenne avec les sociétés engagées dans les divers projets.
- Participation active au conseil d’administration des sociétés, et aux organes de gestion des fonds. Orienter, coacher, conseiller les sociétés pour atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle, développer leurs rentabilités, leurs organisations, leurs position sur le marché,

Profil:

- Ingénieur technique, commercial ; Master en gestion avec un intérêt marqué pour les technologies et l’industrie.
- Expérience de plusieurs années en gestion d’entreprise. Une expérience comme dirigeant d’une entreprise est un réel atout
- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies, approche multisectorielle et pluridisciplinaire, pour l’économie et le travail en réseau.
- Autonome, charismatique, proactif, capable de fédérer, de motiver et excellent esprit d’équipe.
- Sens de l’analyse, sens critique, intuitif, créatif, orienté résultats/solutions.
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et/ou du néerlandais, l’allemand est un plus.
