**Your Role**
Are you communicative, driven, and people-oriented with solid experience in IT Support? At Sogeti Belgium, we are looking for an IT Support Agent to work with a European Institution, ensuring smooth IT operations and exceptional user support.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Acting as a service desk agent, incident agent/analyst, and problem agent/analyst.
- Handling incident analysis and providing first
- and second-line customer support to maximize first-call resolution.
- Managing on-site support tasks, including PC reconfiguration and installation.
- Documenting operational procedures and drafting technical content for the knowledge database.
**Your Profile**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support.
- Fluency in English and German (written and oral). French is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
