**A new challenge?**

**Become our Local Procurement Manager at Beauflor (Cushion Vinyl) and help us in developing the local procurement strategy and overseeing the purchasing of goods and services for our company.**

**Main responsibilities & key tasks**
- You search alternate products if a supply agreement is not in place.
- Negotiate commercial terms for selected items following the B.I.G. Procurement Guidelines
- Collaborate extensively with the wider Procurement team to help identify service improvements, to obtain best value for the organization.
- Process procurement service requests and purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
- Ensure all purchase requests are checked for compliance with B.I.G. policies and procedures.
- Be the first contact point for suppliers & respond to inquiries from vendors.
- Assisting to resolve invoicing and payment issues
- You create purchase contracts in SAP for requisitioners to order& return orders for quality issues or non-delivery

**Competencies & skills**
- The knowledge of sourcing and category management process is desirable
- You combine strong customer service skills with administrative skills or experience
- You have experience in working within a modern P2P system - Experience in SAP is a plus
- You have good interpersonal skills and you are able to communicate effectively
- You are task oriented with a strong ability to work autonomously
- You have the ability to manage multiple suppliers at one time & retain a focus on high service delivery standards

**Languages**
You’re fluent in English, French and Dutch.
