At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue Brussels team.

**What will you bring to the team?**
- Collect and document of functional & non-functional business requirements
- Analyze of business requirements and business processes
- Assist in the elaboration and/or validation of various project documents elaborated by the internal team or system supplier (e.g. business analysis document, project initiation request, project charter, business case, architecture overview, vision documents, user guides or help desk related documentation)
- Create business and gap analysis documentation
- Analyze and assist in the validation of the solution proposed for the implementation of the identified requirements
- Write user stories and use cases
- Assist in the elaboration of test plans and test cases and validate the delivered solution
- Participate in manual testing
- Carry out risk analysis

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed at this position?**
- Hold minimum a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Have at least 6 years experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value)
- Have at least 6 years of specific expertise in Agile WoW such as SCRUM
- Very good knowledge of software development project methodologies (e.g. PMP, PM², Agile, Kanban)
- Posses relational and non-relational data modelling skills, familiarity with entity-relationship diagrams, basic knowledge of XML/XSLT and data management/processing in general
- Strong capacity in producing high quality clear and structured reports / studies / end-user or business analysis or other technical documents
- Proficiency in English language

**Not required, but desired**
- Expertise in Oracle, supported by a certificate
- Hold a ITIL certification
- Hold a cloud certification (Azure or AWS)
- Hold a Business Analysis or Business Process Management Certification (i.e. IREB, BPMN 2.0, etc.)
- Proficiency in French language
