? Mission Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) Expert to lead and implement the integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP S/4HANA HCM.
This role is essential for aligning cloud-based HR processes with on-premise core HR and payroll systems, and supporting the migration from SAP HCM to Employee Central.
? Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement SAP BIB for EC to S/4HANA HCM integration
Set up replication models, field mappings, filters, and transformation logic
Configure and manage SAP Cloud Integration Middleware (CPI) for data flows
**Ensure accurate replication of key HR data**: employee master data, org structure, positions, enterprise structure (cost centers, company codes, etc.)
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data consistency
Perform data validation, mapping, and issue resolution
Maintain full documentation of mappings, processes, and technical specs
Support UAT and production go-live activities
Provide training and post-implementation support to stakeholders
? Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB)
Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC, including data models and HRIS elements
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM or ERP HCM data structures
Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or equivalent middleware
Proficiency with IDocs, OData, XML debugging, and integration monitoring
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
? Nice to Have
Experience in hybrid SAP HCM landscapes (EC + R/3 + S/4HANA)
SAP Certification in SuccessFactors EC and/or SAP Integration Suite
Familiarity with GDPR and HR data privacy regulations

Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Commitment to quality and integration best practices

Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en communication
Maîtrise du néerlandais et de l?anglais
