For the Business Development Department**,** we are looking for a **Technical Project Manager Low Hydrogen EU.**

**Your CHALLENGE as TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER LOW HYDROGEN EU**

To support its ever growing development activities in the hydrogen (H2) business, FlexGEN is searching a Hydrogen Technical Project Manager (H2 TPM). The TPM will integrate in the EU H2 TPM Pool, which supports Hydrogen Business Development department in all aspects of its technical project management. He/she will be primarily focusing on low carbon Hydrogen projects including CCS.

The H2 TPM will serve as the primary technical lead for FlexGEN’s project development activities related to Green and Blue or Low Carbon Hydrogen in Europe.

The position assumes the responsibility for technical feasibility and design, permitting, partner/supplier relations,.. of specific projects across the various stages of engineering studies as well as the operations phase. Thisalso includes the translation of resulting technical requirements into the related project agreements such as EPC(M) contract(s)

As part of the Hydrogen team, the H2 TPM will interface closely with ENGIE’s HSE, Business Development, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Contract Management, Procurement, Architect, and Construction teams. Working at a critical juncture between the development and construction, the H2 TPM ensures our Hydrogen projects are well designed, structured, and de-risked prior to FID from a technical perspective.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership in the areas of safety, technology, environmental impacts, permitting of the project during the business development and implementation phases; Provides input and assistance during the community consultation process to address stakeholder questions of a technical nature
- Technical project management to drive low carbon Hydrogen projects towards Final Investment Decision in line with the internal policies and processes;
- In cooperation with procurement and contract management, actively participate in the definition of the project’s procurement and contracting strategy, and management of the project’s procurement activities (tender documents, tendering, evaluation, selecting, negotiation, contracting and invoicing)
- Define, identify & mobilize resources, and manage progress on the technical deliverables for the various phases of the project in collaboration with the assigned Project Manager, support the development of the Project Management Plan with all its elements, in accordance with ENGIE ́s requirements
- As part of the project team, review, contribute to, and participate in the negotiation of EPC(M),Supply, Offtake or other type of contracts of the project(s)
- With the Project Manager and operating department representative, structure and budget the operation and maintenance of the project, inclusive of staffing and mobilization plan, interfaces with O&M vendor, O&M agreements(LTSA), KPIs, pricing structure and carry out other duties as assigned

**YOUR PROFILE as TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER LOW HYDROGEN EU**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related technical discipline, preferably chemical, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive responsible experience in design, engineering, and construction of large industrial facilities
- Proven competency related to Hydrogen production and/or CCS, chemical, oil & gas, or other large process-based facilities and their design
- Limited travelling for several days at a time
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must possess a valid driver’s license/clean driving record
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to work a flexible, autonomous and hybrid schedule
