Place du Trône 1, BRUXELLES, BE, 1000 - DATA AND AI - 5307 - 4 - Sedentary **Head of AI & Analytics Innovation** At the Data Office of AXA Belgium, we are looking for an experienced AI manager to lead our "AI & Analytics Innovation" team. The core mission of this team is to bridge the gap between business needs and the opportunities that AI can offer. As the “Head of AI & Analytics Innovation,” you will lead a team of AI analysts. You will work closely with the business to identify and develop relevant use cases. Subsequently, you will ensure seamless collaboration with the AI & Analytics Solutions team for the realization of these use cases. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for the business regarding AI. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Data Office and business departments on the development of AXA Belgium's AI strategy. This position requires both strategic insight and hands-on coordination, with a good understanding of both the business context and the capabilities and limitations of AI technologies. **Your responsibilities**: - Lead the AI Innovation team in identifying, shaping, and supporting AI use cases that create value. - Translate business needs into clearly defined AI issues, in close collaboration with business and AI teams. - Coordinate the development and continuous improvement of document understanding use cases via an external platform. - Actively contribute to the drafting and prioritization of the AI roadmap, together with the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and the Solutions team. - Support the business in identifying AI opportunities within their departments through regular contact across various departments and management levels. - Play an active role in informing and raising awareness about AI within AXA, including through presentations to the Management Committee and training for employees. **Your profile**: We are looking for an experienced, analytically strong, and communicative professional who can connect technical and business perspectives. **What we expect**: - A master's degree in an analytical domain (e.g., economics, engineering). - At least 5 years of experience in guiding or developing data and AI-driven projects. - In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence: you understand the key algorithms, their strengths and limitations, and you can assess whether a problem is suitable for an AI solution.
