**Over de functie**
Wij zoeken een gedreven Brand Manager die onze marketingstrategie voor Cofabel (officiële verdeler van John Deere en Kramer in België) vormgeeft, kwalitatieve leads genereert en samen met onze verkoopteams de zichtbaarheid van onze merken versterkt.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Strategie & communicatie: Ontwikkel een future proof communicatieplan in lijn met onze Visie 2030 en de John Deere-marketingstrategie. Beheer budgetten en teken dynamische customer journeys uit.
- Relatiemanagement: Eerste lijn contact met de regionale marketing verantwoordelijken van John Deere, Kramer en andere sterke merken die Cofabel verdeelt.
- Marketingkanalen: Coördineer en optimaliseer alle kanalen - van social media en online content tot beurzen en events - om onze merkbekendheid te versterken.
- Leadgeneratie: Ontwerp doelgerichte campagnes die kwalitatieve leads opleveren, werk nauw samen met sales en houd de markt scherp in de gaten.
- Waardeverhalen: Vertaal onze technische expertise naar inspirerende waardeverhalen voor klanten en interne teams.
- Analyse & optimalisatie: Meet, evalueer en verbeter voortdurend je campagnes om maximale impact te realiseren.

**Ons ideaal profiel**
Heb jij een neus voor klantenbeleving, een creatieve geest en de drive om resultaten te behalen? Dan ben jij de Brand Manager die wij zoeken- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een relevante afstudeerrichting of je hebt een aantal jaren ervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie.
- Je hebt een hands-on attitude met focus op resultaat.
- Je neemt initiatief & kan autonoom werken.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve skills en bent vaardig in zowel het Nederlands, Frans als Engels.
- Je hebt zin om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch bedrijf met een no-nonsense mentaliteit.
- In deze functie verplaats je je regelmatig naar onze verschillende sites (bvb: organisatie opendeurdag).
