Sopadis is a network of dealerships mainly located on the Brussels - Antwerpen - Mechelen. It gathers top automotive brands like Audi, Cupra, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini & Rimac. We represent over 30 dealerships, +1.000 employees and are part of D’Ieteren Automotive.
For our dealerships in Brussels, namely Brussels Auto Group (Halle, Anderlecht, Dilbeek, Ternat, Groot-Bijgaarden, Overijse) and D’Ieteren Centers (Anderlecht, Drogenbos, Zaventem), we're looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist.
**About the role**:
- Manage the whole recruitment cycle
- Search for the right skills, the good personality and the best cultural fit - this both for blue and white collars
- Proactively maintain an open line of communication with the hiring managers
- Perform in depth intakes to understand the needs of the business
- Assist and advice the business in taking the right decision
- Reporting is part of the job
- Manage other recruitment projects, for example the further roll-out of our recruitment platform for all our dealerships, participation in job fairs,
- Key role in stimulating diversity and inclusion
**About the skills & experience**:
- Solid recruiter with broad experience
- Ability to manage every stakeholder during the recruitment process
- Digital mindset with strong interest in social media and branding
- Good communicator
- You are hands-on and love to interact with people
- Agile - able to work in multiple contexts and adapt to different situations
- Flexibility to work in the Brussels Region (mainly South-West). You enjoy being present one the workfloor and are very approachable.
- Good knowledge FR/NL
