Freelance Site Manager

Would you like to be a Senior Site Manager with a world leader in the pharmaceutical industry?
I am looking for a Freelance worker with 0.8-0.9 FTE who is looking for an excellent opportunity to expand your network and make it global by working in an international team. This role will be beneficial to your future prospects when looking for future roles due to working with an internationally recognised company which will be an excellent addition to your CV.
The contract will be for more than 1 year, with potential for multiple extensions which means you have time to learn a lot and see the results of your work.
**Responsibilities**:
Contribute to quality Site Selection through participation in site feasibility and/or pre-trial site assessment visits, providing recommendation from local area about site/investigator selection in collaboration with the trial team, as required.
Act as the primary contact for trial sites
Drive study compliance throughout all aspects of trial from site initiation visits to study close out visits.
Ensure data quality is provided by the site and queries are resolved within expected time lines.
Ensure inspection readiness for sites according to expectations.
Site Manager may also take the role of independent Drug Monitor once additional training is completed as required by individual trial
**Requirements**:
2 years of clinical trial monitoring experience
4 years+ of relevant experience (CRA or similar)
Experience with early stage trials
Experience in Pharmaceuticals
Availability to travel 30-40% with occasional overnight stay
Ideally speak Dutch and English
