For this position, you will be working with one of our high-profile clients from the **European institutions**.

**Your Role**
- reate business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals
- Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and manage priorities
- Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and increase business value
- Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities
- Conduct research to find ways to improve operations
- Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance
- Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan
- Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers
- Provide advice to policymakers on digital implications of policy proposals
- Support the units in implementing the corporate data governance and management practices
- Contribute to the development of the methodological approach for digital-ready policymaking and technology adoption.

**Who We Think You Are**

**Knowledge and skills**
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman experience developing and building models based on such framework
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS
- Knowledge of XML and XSD
- Ability to give business and technical presentations
- Ability to cope with fast changing and emerging technologies
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills

**Specific expertise**
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in process management, functional analysis,
enterprise architecture and data modelling.
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in Knowledge of EC corporate components of architecture.
